What we offer

Everything you need from a service provider

We fit into your operations instead of asking you to change yours.

  • Coverage across the whole region

Madrid city and the towns of the Madrid region, with doctor-and-driver crews and nurses deployed by area.

  • Measured response times

We record the assignment, departure, arrival and duration of every visit, so you can compare them with the agreed service levels.

  • API or portal integration

Send visit requests from your own system via API, with status change notifications, or enter them in the provider portal. Or by phone.

  • Clinical reports

When the visit is closed, the report signed by the professional is available in the portal, with the data your contract authorises.

  • Clear invoicing

A rate card priced per visit request, per kilometre or a combination, as agreed. Periodic invoices detailing every visit request and its case reference.

  • Registered professionals

Qualified doctors and nurses, electronic health records and private electronic prescriptions where appropriate.

How we work

From visit request to invoice

A simple process, with visibility at every step.

  1. You send the visit request

Via API, the portal or by phone, with the policyholder's details, the reason and, if you use one, the case reference.

  2. We assign a crew

Our dispatch team assesses the case and assigns the nearest crew. You can see every status change in the portal.

  3. We see the patient

The professional records the home visit in the clinical record and signs the report when finished.

  4. Report and invoice

You receive the authorised report and, for each billing period, an invoice detailing all visit requests.

Provider portal

All your visit requests, in one place

Contracted providers have access to a private area where they can check the status of their visit requests, download authorised reports and their invoices, and manage their account with two-factor authentication.

Provider portal

  • Status of every visit request, from receipt to closure
  • Authorised clinical reports in PDF
  • Invoices and breakdown by period
  • Your organisation's users, sessions and notifications

Questions from insurers and intermediaries

  • Do you work with intermediaries who handle visit requests for several insurers?

Yes. We can receive visit requests from an intermediary on behalf of different insurers and identify, on each visit request and in the reports, which insurer it belongs to.

  • How is invoicing calculated?

According to the agreed rate card: a price per visit request, a price per kilometre or a combination, for example with mileage charged beyond the M-30. Rate cards can vary by time slot if your contract requires it.

  • What patient data do you receive and how is it protected?

Only what is needed to provide care. It is health data and is processed with the measures required by the GDPR: role-based access, access logs and encrypted communications. We sign the appropriate data processing agreement.

  • How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the channel. By phone or portal you can start as soon as the agreement is signed; API integration requires a few days of testing in a staging environment.
