What it involves

The consultation you know, from the comfort of your sofa

The doctor comes with the necessary examination equipment, listens to what is wrong, examines you and explains what you have and what to do. If needed, they issue a prescription or a report, and if your case requires tests or a specialist, they refer you with all the information.

What's included

  • Medical history and full physical examination
  • Vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation and heart rate
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan, explained calmly
  • Private prescription where appropriate
  • Visit report and referral if needed

When to request it

  • Fever, cough, sore throat or symptoms of infection
  • Abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrhoea that isn't improving
  • Muscle pain, lower back pain or headaches that stop you moving about
  • Review or adjustment of treatment for a chronic condition

Who it's for

  • People who cannot or should not travel
  • Older people and patients with reduced mobility
  • Families who prefer to avoid waiting and infections
  • Visitors and people temporarily staying in Madrid

Have private health insurance? We work with insurers and intermediaries: ask during the call whether your policy covers the visit.

Step by step

What the visit is like

No waiting rooms, no travelling: it all starts with a phone call.

  1. Request a visit

Call us or fill in the form with your name, phone number and postcode. You can request it for yourself or for a family member.

  2. Phone assessment

A healthcare professional calls you, asks about the symptoms and confirms that a home visit is the right option. If it isn't, we will tell you.

  3. The doctor arrives at your home

They examine you, answer your questions and leave you the diagnosis, the treatment and, where appropriate, a prescription in writing.
