For anything related to your integration, email info@saludenruta.es:

Requesting access, sandbox or production keys, rotating or revoking a key.

So we can help you first time round:

Item	Example
Environment	Sandbox or production (`X-Serad-Environment` header).
Key prefix	`3f9a1c2b`. Never the full key or the webhook secret.
Request	Method and path: `POST /visits`. Approximate time, with time zone.
Response	HTTP status code and the error body (`type`, `detail`, `instance`, `timestamp`).
Visit	Its `code` (`AV-000123`) or your `externalRef`.
Webhook	The delivery's `X-Serad-Delivery` and what your receiver responded.

An urgent visit you can't send through the API (the API isn't responding, your integration has failed): call the dispatch centre on +34 611 673 280, every day from 07:00 to 00:00. Patient care comes first; we'll look into the technical incident afterwards.
A compromised key: email the technical team immediately with the subject "Clave comprometida" (compromised key) and call the dispatch centre as well. See if a key leaks.
A life-threatening emergency: the patient must call 112. Salud en Ruta does not handle life-threatening emergencies.
